The only reason newer versions of Firefox didn't work is that Peter didn't have Service Pack 3 which is required for newer programs. The PC probably had XP preinstalled, so he probably didn't know about service packs. Good video as always :)
You can download the unofficial SP4 on MajorGeeks, and you will get the majority of the updates from 2012-2013 + SP3 Edit: You also don't need SP2 in order to install SP3 or SP4
For fun, I pulled out and was trying to upgrade my old xp computer from sp2 to 3, and it kept getting stuck in the endless reboot. Sp4 same thing. I connected it to the internet, and over 200 updates later, I tried pack 3 again and it worked. I had to have the most outdated, outdated computer lmao. Double outdated. And then it had over 100 more updates.
Kai celerons were actually Budget cpus like they were the i3 back then and Pentium 4s were the i5 and Pentium Ds were the i7 Now all of them (celeron and Pentium ) are just crap.

In fact Chrome 46 (edit: nah it's 49) I think can run, and since nowdays ALL THE APPLICATIONS demand at least SP3, most (if not all) modern apps should work aswell although I doubt if latest versions don't have newer dependencies. And not to mention the fact that SP4 exists, tho unofficial. That could be fun to watch and sorry for the big comment 😂
