Great video! This is a nice building. Roomy and great size for Sylvanians. I agree with you about the shiny plastic and the blue standing out, but I think you have options to modify if you so choose. They included nice details with the theater seats, popcorn machine, and 3D glasses. I love the ticket booth and the counter is nice. I like the stage and the options to change out the different backdrops. The drinks are a letdown, but maybe you can add some stickers to the sides. I think you made a great choice for the amount of money you spent.
It's a building with some interesting details. I like the reliefs on the walls. The price was fantastic, if I found it for that price I think I would also buy it to take to my parents' house so we could play on vacation. We have the Sylvanian Ballet Theatre and we really like it. I think that I don't have anything from the Li'l Woodzeez brand but I liked realizing that the scale is suitable for Sylvanian. Thank you❤️

OMG...i had thought about getting it then went searching on google images & this was 3rd thing that showed up, lol! but after watching your video i'm not going to, thanks😇 actually it could kind of fit into sylvania because there was a sylvanian named Mother Honeysuckle of Evergreen bear family (from the original 1980's line) i'm speaking of them in grey color scheme not that re-colored beigey looking ones! p.s: i've seen a couple videos of yours but never commented until now🥰

Wow, what a great price you got this for! The scale looks great, and the building itself is really nice in shape, size and details! The accessories are a bit of a letdown (especially when considering the normal retail price 😬) but could take those out and replace with similar from SF or other miniatures. It's nice to see comparisons with other brands, super helpful to know what scales well 😁 I don't have any woodsies buildings but I'd be tempted by this if it was on offer, would be a good customisation project since I'm too scared to paint any of my SF buildings! 😂
