I think you should have upgraded storages so that you could get more value from the runes an additional 2 million to be precise
from a content perspective where you need those shiny things, the amount of books needed wasn't worth it in the short term

BTW Eric, it seems like you didn't know about the 50% slower upgrade training time is for all training buildings not barracks only. Both Spell factories, workshop, both barracks.

you'd have to overkill a fair amount in order to dedicate 2 spells just for time reduction

It's not even worth letting lab upgrade.. you can just use hammers every 7 days with the amount of medals you have

Not really, if storages cap at 20mil, and upgrades cost 18mil, then I end up wasting 2 million per rune, if I wasted items on storages then I would just waste an extra 2 million per rune because nothing at th15 costs under 4 million, if I were to go farm a bunch in between upgrades instead then maybe but it still don’t think so
H Eric, I am a max TH14 apart from about 80 walls that are lvl 14 (The rest are lvl 15). Should I max out the rest of my walls before jumping to TH15? If I do this all of my builders will be doing nothing. Wondering what your thoughts are.

Sad fact : you can't reinforce battle drill until you are th13, but a th10 player can reinforce flamefinger , what is this logic!!
The players who suggested that the battle drill to be unallowed at lower townhalls not supercell. Supercell heard the suggestion and make it th13+ only.

yes but it would have been non efficient to use books on them time wise. better off letting storage upgrades count down

It's extremely hollow to spend large amounts of real money to upgrade at this rate....it takes the fun and challenge out of earning the upgrades and feeling the reward of reaching the goal.
As mentioned...It's unsatisfying....it's not about money. I have more than enough to buy all this any time but I'm not interested in doing that. I'm a max th14, just turned th15 and as a free to play player, I earn every upgrade and still Supercel can't release enough content in time of getting maxed.
I rather spend a little bit of money to help upgrade my heroes so I can be in war sooner.
