    The proportions look wrong.

    Thanks for the lovely video,
    Disappointing not having a cabin under the cockpit area.
    Yet still nicely thought in regards to the outboard engines setup and the low high platform

    Even for a sports boat that interior is just amazingly tiny for a 33 footer. There's no excuse for not even a single dedicated berth on a ship that size. I've seen 26 footers with more interior space.

      Perhaps but if 99% of this boat's use is dayboat isn't it better to have lots of seating and lots of sunbathing? I agree personally I'd prefer cabin space, but others really do prefer deck space.

      No guard rail, even in calm marina's, mooring, setting & lifting fenders is hazardous. Salon of a 24' boat. Our 28 footer seat's 5 in the salon (converts to a queen size berth) galley & heads with shower, mid double berth, 375l fuel tank, 100l water tank ahead of a 6cyl VP Diesel. A fifth adult or 2 children can top n toe sleep in the cockpit that also seats 5 around a table. Guess there is some big tankage for those twin 300 4.2l V8 gas guzzlers under the cockpit. I'm sure someone will buy one.

    At 6:55 you see some very light-gauge seat hardware secured with a single crew. I also noticed a 25mm foot rail? All the amenities but @ China-quality build prices. At 290k GBP this is a budget-built, budget-delivered boat that I would swim away from at high speed.

      The bolsters look to be hinged on 4 bolts, not a single screw. Unless you can explain?

    • @duncanjames914
      @duncanjames914 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@darthkek1953 I just watched it again and you are correct. There are 4-screws, but overall it looks very light-duty. A good shift in the seat to port or starboard while underway may loosen or bend those light-gauge bars over time.

      @@duncanjames914 depending on the gauge and housing, not necessarily. Roofing joists are put up with screws and reinforced if they decay with a bolt. If the bolsters have been correctly engineered they should last.

    If it was originally for Greenline, does that mean it has a hybrid option?

    • @hugoandreae3495
      @hugoandreae3495 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Unfortunately not, it was an exception to Greenline’s usual rule and one of the reasons they decided to sell it to Bavaria

  • @digitatom

    basically they bought the neo line from Greenline to make a worst boat with less features and worst ergonomic overall for a higher price? For exemple, no more solar pannel with big battery bank, going back to gaz for the cooking and placing it at a place where the wind could be an issue. mmmh what happen already to bavaria? ah yeah right

    Obviously not a true Bavaria and you can see the difference. I would like an option of electric up and down side windows like a car for the helm area and, the lack of a true below deck sleeping berth apart from the front converting dinette makes the price for this version of a few quid short of £300,000 quite an expensive day boat if that's the target area that Bavaria are aiming for. I usually really like true Bavarias but it's a thumbs down from me for this one.
