    Man great content. I loved the grip but this solidified that I’m just probably going to get a regular wave instead of the FIBA Wilson. Would you suggest any other outdoor ball that would similar to the Wilson FIBA 3x3?

    Love your channel, talking about something others not doing. Been playing outdoor since the pandemic, what are the best basketballs for outdoor use? I heard great things about Nike True Grip, however, wasn't able to find one in the states.

    • @EverythingBasketballs
      @EverythingBasketballs  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Michael Lee thanks 🙏🏼 for the love ❤️. TrueGrip is the older model. The newer model is HyperGrip. But don’t buy it on retail price unless you really in need for a ball because when it goes on sale it’s like almost half of the price and I see it goes on sale every year.
      Also you can check out Adidas All Court, it’s pretty good and the price is not too expensive. Baden Crossover or Baden Contender, the crossover is little cheaper, if u play in a hard surface court then crossover probably a good choice. But if you in a nicer court then the Contender and if you have money then Nike HyperGrip.

      Everything Basketball thanks for the reply. Is the Jordan hyper grip same as the Nike hyper grip?

    • @EverythingBasketballs

      Michael Lee yup. Just for those people who loyal to the brand. 😂 I think the Nike HyperGrip is little cheaper too. Oh yeah, Eastbay usually has better deals on basketballs than Amazon, eBay, or Walmart.

      I hoop indoors and play year round but during the pandemic I had to change things up a bit. I still play indoors a few times a week but outdoor is where its at if I'm going to be hooping everyday. I like Rubber basketballs, The Wilson ICON was my choice ball. The issue with outdoor balls is that no matter the cost of the ball...I can burn one down in 2-3 weeks. The $20 Wilson ICON was good, but I switched to a Spalding SuperTack Pro (Black color) which is a composite cover ball that costs only $15! Some have the NBA logo, Some don't BTW. The Key to having these balls to last a few months outdoors is simple!: BUY 2 OR 3 at once.

    What’s your top 5 favorite basketballs? And also, what do you think of the Nike elite championship

    • @EverythingBasketballs
      @EverythingBasketballs  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      My top pick: Baden elite, Nike elite championship, the rock c2c, nbaa official game, adidas pro 2.0, nba official game ball, molten GG7x, tf1000 legacy, and Wilson evolution (only because it feel nice but so much the quality)
      Nike elite championship is one of my favorite for seasons. It feels nice and good quality and being use that pretty level basketballs. The only con I could think of is it doesn’t hold air too well. Beside that it is a nice ball.

    Great review, do you have a favorite ball based on strictly performance? I was looking at Wilson solution, Nike elite championship, Nike hyper elite, and Baden elite. Wilson evolution feels slippery when sweaty

    • @EverythingBasketballs
      @EverythingBasketballs  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      bryan varghese you got pretty good list there. But I would skip Nike HyperElite, it’s nice at first then it’s getting worse quick. Baden Elite is pretty similar to the evolution but it has better build quality. Wilson solutions is good but the price is not good. If u can get it cheap then I think you’ll like it. Nike elite championship is one of my favorites the only downside is that it doesn’t hold air well. How about TF-1000 Legacy? Have you ever play with it before? Remember that tf1000 Legacy and classic doesn’t feel the same.

      Ncaa official game ball (don’t get the replica, it’s terrible). If u like the evolution make sure u buy it at the store so you can inspect the quality of the ball and check for three letterings on the ball it usually being with N** or X **, don’t buy the X because the quality is usually bad.
      Here is the options that u might like, Nike elite championship, Baden elite, adidas pro 2.0, the rock c2c, tf-1000 legacy. These r nice and has similar feel to all of them. U cannot go wrong with any of these balls.

      I have a few indoor balls in mind that I think are good balls: the rock c2c, Baden elite, Nike elite championship, adidas pro 2.0, Wilson ncaa official game ball, spalding tf-1000 legacy, molten GG7x, wilson evolution (only the one begin with letter N), and broken in nba official game ball.

      Everything Basketball Alright touché. Say you donated all of your balls to a charitable cause except for that one special ball that you got to have. Which Ball would you set aside as your everyday hooper? Or does it not really matter because they’re all around the same? And I was referring to the official game ball. In my mind that is the Alpha ball because it’s genuine leather. Even though the GG7X is too, I just think the Game Ball is better.

    • @EverythingBasketballs

      That ball looks legit. But I don’t know it performs. Also the price is high for a new company. They need lower the price so it can attract more people.

      @@thataboytrevor8486 I thought their retail price is $70. $54.95 is just on sale price and I think it’s still little high though. I saw Wilson evolution go on sale below $40 before.
      I would love to get test it out but I won’t pay that much for a ball from a new company.
