My husband fuss at me for cooking the meat first and the rice not ready, so I start to put my rice on first then work on the meat. This way both is ready at the same time. Blessing to you always!

Socks this is very good But u need to consume your time I would cook up the chicken back.first then put on the ackee and u would not get the ackee to mach up and i would cut the meat much smaller any way u did a good job (Montego Bay)
What I wouldn’t give to have some fresh ackee, you can’t get more organic food than this ackee,going from tree to pot. This tastes so much better than the ackee we buy in the cans abroad.
