He entered the porch to protect the residence who called and explained a man was on the porch with a gun stating he was going to harm them.
I would not have walked on the porch like that though but it wasn't improper in terms of legality.

the one you show at 34:53 i slowed it down and went frame by frame and i think that one is murder too, yet i will say that one is a little iffy because you have to put yourself in the cops shoes and what he was thinking at the time, but when you go frame by frame you can clearly see he wasn't pointing the gun towards officers at all he was trying to toss the gun. as a matter of fact the guy had already thrown the fun and it was out.his hand and in motion before the cop fired his gun at him. that is why i say murder but it could go either way because who knows if the cop knew that at that at the time or actually thought the guy was about to shoot him.

The cop did not say drop the gun. He said hands up. The guy may have been raising his hands. Also, is that his property? If I am on my porch preparing my gun because I heard a criminal with a gun is in the area, can a cop enter my property and shoot me?

Listen to the 911 calls again. People were calling the cops explaining there was a stranger with a gun announcing he's a felon and threatening to kill people. That wasn't his porch. Glad you're here thinking though. That's what it takes to figure out these scenarios.

I stayed employed through the plandemic. My boss asked me if we should close down like everyone else, I said "h*ll no!" I don't want to be locked in the house with my significant other for however long until they say it's ok! Nobody ever came knocking, nobody shut us down. In fact her business grew because all the other grooming salons complied with the shut down order 😂. I did get the jab because I really wanted to go to a trade show and they required it. I was always of the mind that if I'm going to get it I'm going to get it. None of this nonsense is going to stop a virus.

He wasnt in fear of his life the police officer walked up confident and didnt even try to talk to de esculate or find out anything first
