Yes John 3:3-5 Jesus says we must be born again of water and spirit So being baptized in Jesus name and receive the Holy Ghost obeys that’s command Acts 2:38 says we must repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus for the remission of sins and we will receive the gift of the Holy Ghost

This was not a real baptism bc he didn't put her all the way under. Her head n hand was out of the water. Baptism is like a burial. Romans 6:4 4] Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
