The reason for not havin the documentation ready on releasday is : It is only 15% of the TerraLife Plus Mod we have, we did not know on what would make it in the release or even if we can release. It is a proof of concept project with aiming on to Giants to show possibilities. For that you should have stuff Giants testet, out there with feedback from the community. So we decided to share what we have, collect feedback for the next two weeks, prepair the other three maps and then release a WIKI with actuall help for what is in. Meaning, people will have to try a little, not putting too much thoughts into it, just buing a farm, animals and machinery and start playing :-) So was now or never. The project is ongoing for four years and will go even further in FS25 as of the still ready 85% stuff ( soilcompaction, soilmod, missing seasons feature,real moisture system, tirepressure, N/P/K and more) The new Farmsim plays right into our cards,we look forward to bring back the old realism Modding vibe just in all in one version of FS this time. - not sure if necessary, but I hereby give you the permissin to use the preview trailer of TLP in your video - ( I don't want anyone trying to report, people are mean these days ) And thank you again for this preview kr Paul - edit : Please if you join the support discord pick your language so you will see the posts! 🙂

Hello, Paul. I've found a critical error. On TerraLife maps (Eifel, Pallegney), the seed usage is 10 or 100 times higher then normal. I looked at the seedUsagePerSqm in the TerraLife mod's fruitType.xml for the sunflower and it is 0.03, it is the same value in the fruitType.xml file in the game folder. However, the seed usage is much higher. High seed usage have all seeders, seaders from TerraLife mod, vanilla seeders and other mod seeders. I tried playing with only the required mods, not including additional mods, however the problem did not go away.
so....turning Farming Simulator into a simulation? Fantastic! Also glad to see that they're committed to FS25, as I was on the fence about purchasing it. Guess I gots some reading and studying to do....
I do like several aspects of this mod but I also do not like several other aspects of this mod. To bad its more of an all or nothing thing and it has to be implemented in the map. That waas one of my big gripes with Maize + in 19 was that it had to be built into the map and as such folks couldnt play on a map that it was buitl in with out having to use some aspects of it.
hello Terralife plus the greatest revolution in the history of farming. being a mapper I immediately got to work to create my own map to be able to use the various terralife scripts. I must say that the terralife plus scripts are still in WIP some things are disabled for example the grapes and at the moment it is only possible to use the basic features and what you can buy through the shop (P) silos, plants etc. for the rest I can't understand how to activate other new features I'm trying various methodologies but without documentation it is difficult to understand with hypotheses. one of the problems is the grapes you don't have the possibility of having the grapes because when you start to install the rows of grapes a message comes out impossible to install the grapes in this period of the year. I tried all the periods but the problem remains. there are also other bugs but I hope they continue with this wonderful project and that they give info for mappers
Agreed. Truly impressive mod setup, but I was so lost that I eventually decided I would wait a while. Just trying to figure out what to buy and how to feed chickens was crazy - not all the naming and descriptions align... so many questions about additives and all the crops... I don't care to take the time to dig into the XML files to trace out what to use and how to produce it and will wait until someone else documents it for me.
This has totally changed FS forever. You see some mods and wonder why weren't they already in the base game? Was thinking of ditching 22 and going 25 but can't go without trying this. As to the documentation; you would need to write an encyclopedia to cover all this.
It looks amazing, only thing I don't see the point in/not bothered about is the change of months to weeks, sounds like its just more time to fast forward through once you've planted all your fields. Its cool having new growth stages but don't see why you'd ever actually see them lol
This is not really a mod for folks who are looking to fly thru the year. With other items included with the mod it increases the complexity and the number of steps you need to do for many things so a game year goign from as short as 12 days to 48 is somewhat fitting. While we wait on documentation you could look up maize + as its fully implemented within this mod.

Niestety nie mogę się dopatrzyć i domyślić jak to zrobić, wypełnienie wprawdzie istnieje ale z poziomu gry stawiając pastwisko dla owiec czy owczarnię nie ma odbioru mleka. Może też byś się temu przyjrzał. Po za tym chłopaki zrobili bardzo dużą robotę i zmienili nam rozgrywkę. Pozdrawiam.
This completely changes the game. WOW. Honestly this is the kind of change I would expect in a new game not a mod. Surprised they didn't debut it in FS25 as the base game. (Just tried it.) 27 grow stages for oat. 1 week=1 stage What am I gonna do for 27 days except spend 10 min sleeping 20+ times just so i can harvest. Love the concept but basically I'm just skipping useless time. (wasting time)
YES Thank you i just got out to ask Why i never heard of this mods before i have over 7300 mods in my mod folder And i started dwnldg this as well thank you so much saved me from having to RePlacing the mod folder again I have found out that if you have loaded all the mods into you folder *** NOT INTO the Game itself The Game will not even boot up if you try to ( List the folder as TYPE of file or rearange it so you have z-a instead of a-z or Even Date modified * I have had to reload my mods $ times this year *** If i save them 500 at a time the game will take them as it should * But say i save 1000 at a time * the game will not load at all.
FYI, it took me a hot minute for it to load into savegame for the first time. I thought it was broken but it just took a while. it got quicker each time I loaded in
But if you have several cows in different stages of age, how does it recognize/separate the food you put in to the pen? So each cow get the correct food
When I tried loading into the pallegany map with terralife plus the gamew ould freeze at 20%. Just wont load in even if I turn off basically all other mods
Remove all mods from the mod folder, dont just deactivate, remove them. Then add just the map and the terralife plus stuff. It should load fine. if it does start adding the mods you absolutly must use and nothing more. Join the Maize plus discord and look for the known conflict list.
I dont think there is a getting it to work. You put sheep in and if there is grass for them to eat its added to the food trough automaticly. Depending what month you are in there might not be grass to consume.
off topic: good morning I hope you will read this comment which is a request for help. I bought a new PC to play better on Farming Simulator 22 (the old PC is too obsolete). I downloaded the file on the new one by taking the email received from Giants at the time of purchase but it does not recognize the activation code. can you give me a valuable suggestion? thanks!
@@dbmission123 You dont need to do that but ti was at the start when I was showing the modhub pages. At the bottom of the base description it shows at the bottom the things that are built into this mod that do not need to be used separately.
Nice mod but its not going to be used by the vast majority of players since its pretty niche. I also dont see the bug youtubers using it for the sake of the viewers not understanding or wanting to understand this. This mod makes fs22 like one of those mmorpg games that have thousands of little things to understand for the game to be played
One thing. You're going to add umpteen new crop types that are processed into their own output types but Popcorn is still processed from Field Corn? Why bother to put it on the map? I thought realism was supposed to be the thing here. TerraLife?

The food mixers show you the mix requirements. Can walk up to them once you set the recipe

will it work if you just Deactivate SAID mods in the vid or do you have to COMPLETELY delete SAID Mods in the mods folder??

I dont think there is a getting it to work. You put sheep in and if there is grass for them to eat its added to the food trough automaticly. Depending what month you are in there might not be grass to consume.

if you play terralife forget evrything till now :) ,last night spent 5-6 hours on mix ration. whit simple words--> ultra real farm play....
So farmers use 10 ( or whatever the amount ) different ingredients in their tmr mix?
