My horse spooked like three times in a new arena today and this rule made me so confident that instead of ending on the floor, like usual, I sat it like a pro and we ended our session on a superrrr note. So, thanks Alicia!!

This was a major game changer for me Alicia!!!! My horses back is softer, I have more control over my body and legs, it’s something I check on every 5 minutes, until it is programmed in permanently!!!! Thankyou once again 🦋

I actually use this SO much! It helps me when my pony gets spooky. If anything happens, I just stand up a bit more and I've ridden a lot of scary situations!

Such a great explanation.from old instruction..sit deep and drive..I think sit soft and fluff my horses back under my seat to get his back up and hind legs under...Love your energy too!!

This principle has actually given me much greater control & predominantly safety! When my horse is objecting with her little bouts of bucking, pig-rooting, kicking out or careening sideways, I've actually stayed in place!! 🤣 Thank goodness her objections are fewer & fewer! Thankyou for this valuable tip!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😀🙏

Hi Jane! So sorry you are struggling with this at the moment. Check your stirrups are not so long that your leg is straight when you are standing up ie for the up part of your rising trot. Also check out this video for a demonstration th-cam.com/video/NT4RGGZ8KKE/w-d-xo.html
