WOW, I love to bake but there are two things I have not mastered pastry because my hands are always hot great in the winter lousy in the Winter, I have tried everything food processor but I still can't do it and the other is piping again my hands become so hot that the cream in the bags starts to curdle. I have Raynauds as well as carpel tunnel. I love what you have done here that cakes was outstanding, how long did it take to pipe all that ??

Вот я тоже гадаю. ..Это не белковый это факт . Сливки растительные или крем там у них есть как сливки . Я с растительными не работаю . А вот крем чиз на натуральных сливках очень даже подойдёт.
