I went to school with Larry and you couldn’t find a better feller on this earth and he eats, sleeps and dies to pull mules and horses. He started out in the log woods with his dad, Joseph and when Joe got in bad health Larry took over, he’s worked his guts out taking care of everything and does a damn fine job too !!!
I never plowed with or handled mules or horses, but I saw my daddy and a favorite uncle working mules, when I wasn't much more than a toddler. I don't know why, but something about this post and others like it, cause me to get a slight lump in my throat and my eyes to tear up, just a little. Just look at the effort and pride of the animals and the handler. Also, this has got to be a "World Class" matched pair. BEAUTIFUL.
If y'all see my mule catch him please he got loose an plowing fields from Tennessee to Germany spilling seed an fertilizer all over the place WOOOOO LORD HELP ME
Carl.....please tell my mom I've been trying to reach out to her for the past few years now I have been sending postcards letters certified and gifts I'd like to know if she's okay please thank you
Couldn't be farther from the truth. Like a dog chasing a ball, these teams love to pull. Teams are often difficult to hitch because they're so excited to pull.

Beautiful, well loved, and well handled team. I'd love to see that pair in the Oregon woods.
