Most people wont know but a local man to the area called Nigel Turner was fishing for sticklebacks in an ajecent river and he caused this flood by belting out an almighty cry of BEHOLD HIS MIGHTY HAND which caused the banks to burst letting tons of water to make its way to village. Surviving villager Johnny spitfire said he could hear the cry of Nigel from his property in hade edge and said it was like a sonic boom!
Absolutely brilliant ! After years of reading and studying this local tragedy, a video, illustrating a lot more than words alone...thank you !
