You were brave to attempt that climb. That is when you find out how healthy you are, not how healthy you think you are. Clotted cream is made by heating cream, causing it to thicken from top to bottom.

When I did the tower it only cost 2 quid you can guess how long ago that was could do it now don't like heights!
