A game is played eliminating jigsaw pieces until just one piece remains which just happens to be the missing piece to a puzzle that has been on display since the beginning.

To quicken the process: have the pieces in four piles and eliminate 18 pieces in two turns then proceed as Stephen does.

this works with 23 OR 24 pieces.....odds they start EVEN (24) you start.
Another suggestion would be if they DO NOT point to your piece-allow them to put either piece in the box-no need for you to eliminate. Switch back n forth from letting them pick and you pick. The ending could be a magicians force---hand me one.

you could also palm the piece and go like half of game to pick one to eliminate directly, you eliminate one, I do one. Than, like in Slydinis helicopter card when you are arround half way trough while you pick one to eliminate you just depose the missing piece on the table. Than you can go your way and mix it and let them point all the way, just switch trough they eliminate/you eliminate.
The end as you sad magician force.
I think this way would be much more deceptive.
But this is a pretty bad channel, this guy while he is obviously true lover of the craft he just aint good at all. Childish tricks, and the one that are slightly better, he performs really bad, not polished at all.
Thrre you pointed one of the reasons: "you need to have 23 pieces" like, wtf?! you can have million or 47 or 6 it just depends who begins lol. He obviously doesent think this things trough
