New Type II Cassette Tapes vs New Old Stock - Which sounds better?

Are brand new type II cassette tapes any good? In this video, I unwrap one of the new ATR Magnetics Cobalt Silver Series, Type 2 cassettes and compare it against a classic Maxell XLII new old stock tape. I put the tapes through their paces in a series of recording tests on a Tascam 488 Portastudio. Let us know what you think of the tapes and if you know of any other type II tapes in production that are available in Europe.
