As a devout Roman Catholic, the particular chant used in this song puts a huge smile on my face. It was written by St. Thomas Aquinas in 1264, called "Tantum ergo Sacramentum" which means "Down in adoration falling". Fitting for the Emperor of Mankind lol
For the Emperor, we serve humanity. For the Imperium, we serve the Emperor. For Humankind, we send our prayers to the Emperor. We shall conquer the galaxy, crush the enemies of the Humankind. Im relatively new to 40k and I like it because my favorite sci fi setting is Dune and 40k touches several themes that I find compelling in Dune but without taking itself so serious :)
At first when you hear the choir it sounds like each singer is separate. Some are louder than others. Some are weaker while other singers are stronger.” “But as you approach the Throne World all those disparate voices become united as one.” The tone of the song becomes one.” “Only He has the strength to unite so many different souls and voices and meld them into one.” “It is the most wonderful song in the universe. “It is cleansing, soothing to hear and it feels like your entire mind, body and soul has been thoroughly cleansed of all impurities.”
I remember getting into this hobby during my sophomore year of high school. Soundtracks from the games, this one in particular, were what set my mind running before I even owned a single model. Hearing this recaptured the awe I felt listening to the original. Thank you and may your work inspire the next generation of hobby initiates!
-Victory needs no explanation, defeat allows none. -Blessed is the mind too small for doubt. -Innocence proves nothing. -Only in death does duty end. -Hope is the first step on the road to disappointment. -Cowards die in shame. -Heresy grows from idleness.
This feels so nostalgic, yet so unique and different than the original. Especially that "Corporis mysterium" part. Eating dinner has never been so atmospheric like now😂 As I have already said many times, you are very talented, and your work is always great. Bless you, and keep it up!
I am so glad a remake of this track exists. The old Dawn of War was a staple of my teen years so hearing my favorite track from that iconic game redone and modernised is truly awesome. I would love to see more dawn of war track remakes
You consistently pump out great music. No other artist makes me excited when they release a new track like you do. Well done, and keep it up. The Emperor protects.
When this piece of art in both music and picture were made - it was a fracture of dying man on his golden throne of guilt and suffering. Now times have changed. The time is nigh, mankind would soon awake from its slumber. For final battle onwards, the golden god awaits his martyrs. Emperor protects. By blood we made.
May the God-Emperor bless you, brother. This is truly a new relic, one to be compared to those of the golden age of men. The original has been restored, yet evolved.
He suffers for millennia's so that we may live. How could we do any less for him? For the Imperium, we must strive to protect his vision. For Mankind, we must not loose hope. In his name. We shall never loose faith.

Words cannot express how much I love your work. Every piece you make is unique in its very own way and perfectly captures the grimdark setting of the Warhammer universe while maintaining that fervently religious and arcane touch to it. You are very talented, and I genuinely hope you keep making these.
Bruh all this does is remind me how much I love the original song, Warhammer games need to start making Imperial church choirs, Great work as always Vox Caster!
"He is the Master of Mankind by the will of the gods and master of a million worlds by the might of his inexhaustible armies." "He is a rotting carcass writhing invisibly with power from the Dark Age of Technology." "He is the Carrion Lord of the Imperium, for whom a thousand souls are sacrificed every day, so he may never truly die" "He is the God-Emperor of Mankind"
This honestly feels like a song of guilt that the Emperor may be feeling in a way. For having to lie to his sons about the powers of chaos, for having to sacrifice many. I know the Emperor is generally seen as cold and emotionless, but in moments he has shown some semblance of compassion. And I feel now he has this type of guilt in him for failing humanity in a way. Or this can be seen as how any veterans view the current state of the Imperium, and how they look upon the Emperor for hope that one day, one moment, hope may arrive. That mankind will return to its former glory and accomplish its destiny of being the dominant species and bringing peace to this galaxy. Hoping that what this “Imperium” is now will truly run under hope, and not deception. Though when that time arrives is for humanity’s own fate to decide.
Is he a relic from the Dark Age of Technology, or a perpetual Demigod with mixed souls of countless shamans? Nobody know who he is or what does he wants to do. But a fact remains constant, that he is our lord and savior, Emperor of Humanity.
