Class video! I'm moving to Colorado around June/July time. Just been looking into loads of different areas and capitol hill seems a great time. I'd be bringing in roughly around 4,000 per month after taxes, would you say this could be easily budgeted? and if so, what would the average 1 bed rental price be? I've seen between 1500-1700 p/m (guessing before bills as well). Would you also have an idea for how much bills on average would be? I know it can vary depending on places and who's living but just wanted to get an idea! Cheers
