You are quite talented, and I'd love to have you teach me some cool dance moves, so I subscribed. This way I can play it over and over again if necessary. Thank you very much for sharing this! I saw the Michael Jackson moves and would love to see more. It will take me a while to learn that one though. LOL
The dance this guy is explaining is called "The Harlem Shuffle". People have been doing The Harlem Shuffle since 1963 when Bob & Earl released the song of the same name. Marcia Griffiths released Electric Boogie (The Electric Slide) in 1990 and people started doing The Harlem Shuffle to it. "The Electric Slide" is a totally different dance :-)
The Electric (also known as The Electric Slide) was created by Ric Silver in 1976 when Marcia Griffiths released the Reggae version to DJs in Manhattan. This is one man's variation on the original choreography. See Wikipedia or The-Electricslide.com
Thank you 😊 I’m going to teach this to my Aqua Zumba Class. One of my students requested the Electric Slide. The suggestion you made about having the legs up more works well for the pool. So does “snake in, snake out”, shimmy, bounce, and some of the other suggestions that you made.
When something works great, why try to fix it. What makes the slide such a sensation, its easy, everyone moves to the same beat. Save those special " add ons" for the next dance.
I be killing this dance ‼️, the moment I hear “it’s electric” I’m already on the dance floor 🕺🏾🕺🏾
I need to learn this dance by August!
Wow!!
You doing GREAT!!
👍👍👍
Thanks so much 🙏🙏 I really appreciate....
