Cut breast in half, put olive oil or veg, put seasoning and salt on both sides, season flour, coat breast with seasoned flour. Put butter on skillet and cook 3 minutes on each side.

Excellent Recipe! I tossed some fresh shopped Garlic in at the same time and it all came out great. Definitely a good idea to cook it all in one batch, if you have a big enough pan.

Thank you very much. I just got some beautiful Huge Chicken Breast from Aldi. I was going to Air Fry them but The breading or seasoning just doesn't work. I have Marinated my Chicken all day and now I am going to follow your lead, and Pan Fry them. :>)

Looks delicious. My only suggestion is sharpen your knife, looks like you were struggling to butterfly.
I've found oil and butter stop the meats from sticking.

Would it hurt to use the same method if the chicken breasts were already cut up into pieces?

Yes, absolutely. The flour is just if you want a light crust.
@@maplejubilee Did it, turned out ok, for someone who doesn’t know much how to cook, hehe. Next time i’ll add flour, and a bit more butter for more flavor.

My first attempt at doing this was in an air fryer I will not be making that mistake again it was extremely dry and very hard to eat.
Oh no!! I haven't tried it in the air fryer yet. I'll practice and make an air fryer version in the future😉
