Yes it is :) if it’s too hard you can leave out some exercises like handstand pushups or few more and adapting it at your own level, then gradually incrementing until eventually reaching the full workout
Hey! thanks for the tip, you can do them in both ways btw, Flaring and opening more the arms/elbow makes the chest work more, closing the elbow is more useful for triceps instead :)
For 1990s and 2000s you can use the same exercises as in this video except for the pushups 360, explosive pushups and the leg swings on the wall :) I think I will not make a video for that because it will be too similar to this one haha

seems good exercises but my body can’t do a 360 push-up or a handstand freebie pushups cause I can’t hold a handstand
Before doing these exercises you should master the handstand :)
