It is impossible not to like and root for Hsieh! She is so unique in her strokes and shot placements. Her obvious happiness at being on the court in competition is inspiring. I hope she goes all the way.

That first set tiebreaker was great. I actually thought Fourlis/Harris looked a bit stronger, but Hsieh/Zielinski pulled it out and just gained steam from there. Will be a tough final.

She has earned over $10 million playing tennis, she can probably buy a new racket if she wants.
Probably doesn’t want to be pressured to switch frames from a sponsor. Many players are playing 7+ year old frames with new paint jobs.
