Wow, did they repave the whole road from the city? I haven't been up there since 2019 and clearly it's newly-paved at least up in Juntas. You can tell Juntas is part of Ibagué because its sidewalks alternate between useful and entirely useless. Visitors from the city will feel entirely at home. Ibaguereños by the way, rather than ibagueneros :)
