After a few minutes, errors and glitches fell upon After Sans, creating a manifestation and AU destroyer, known as Error!Sans.

According to the sans wiki, Error!Sans is actually a manifestation of Aftertale!Sans. When After stepped outside of his save button (which is SUPPOSED to kill him), nothing happened. After a few minutes, errors and glitches fell upon After Sans, creating a manifestation and AU destroyer, known as Error!Sans.
