If they don't chase everything that moves they might have to stop buying supercharged Chargers and Camaros and Hellcats. They'll let a thousand more cops die before downgrading their equipment and dropping the budget accordingly.

It’s a shame that all police stations in every city, county and state do not have the “The Grappler” in use , it was invented by a roofer in Arizona , it’s been around for 5 years, the company has made improvements since then. There was no reason for deputy Minix to have lost his life. The grappler has made it possible to avoid high speed chases, attempted kidnapping, drunk drivers etc..
