This was an endurance watch ! Trails like that not even the mosquitos survive ! Lol. The viewer felt every step of that painful slippery rocky trail with no arms, due to all that heavy gear. Looks like the perfect place to bang up an ankle. So much water on that massive intensive river - I can only imagine the volume of water bursting over those falls in the Spring snow melt. Very impressive rock wall formations bordering the lake. Interesting how different the slate in the rocky wall contrasts to the craggy boulders on the trail. And I thought some of your bush-whacking videos were wild - when the trails are just as intense. You certainly earned the right to be tired after - would make a good Robaxacet commercial - with those little wooden doll dancers with the pins stuck in them - lol. Who needs dancing when there's Nature out there to kick your butt on any day of the week. Thank you for the upload, very magnificent awe inspiring scenery.
Ya, wouldn't take much to snap your ankle if you're not paying attention, then the fun would begin LOL! I need a little more than Robaxacet LOL! Thanks!
Hello Rob, how are you? Four Falls in Quetico Park, four in a row, wow, that's a lot of portaging too. Quetico is still so lovely though, take care, bye for now, hopefully no snow this week.
Nice video! Sad to hear you did not enjoy the time though. I've done the Falls Chain twice and both time I saw almost no one (August 2014, and August 2015.) Maybe consider going tandem with a partner instead of the 2 solo canoes - makes handling that wind and portaging a lot more efficient and easier. Thanks for the upload!
P.S. Have you done this part of Quetico before Rob?, it's so massive an area. Never say "never again", but yeah, as we get older, we get wiser, but our bodies get weaker perhaps, all the best.
Looks like a great trip Rob
lol I would have a stroke with all the portages
I think a had a couple of strokes along the way LOL! Thanks!

Thanks Brad! I don't like paddling tandem, rather be doing my own thing. The trip gets better, just takes awhile LOL!
Good Lads. I'm impressed. A lot of hard work. I hope it all pays off with some nice keepers? Thanks for sharing.
Thank You! Caught a couple of fish on the trip, had some good open fire fish fry.
