This is easily the best year in this game's history and they really uped the expectations and seemingly, they delivered.
Can only hope they keep that level they've established in this year in the future.
If they are going to maintain such high level of content, this game will definitely be celebrating a 10th anniversary.

The fact that Legends gets a playable controllable Beast Gohan who stays till the end of the match, and a playable controllable transforming Beast Gohan who stays til the end of the match before Dokkan gets one, is fantastic.

The LF Transforming Beast Gohan reveal was insane and LF SSBKK Goku and SSBE Vegeta look pretty great. Legends is going crazy with this Festival. I do hope Dokkan releases a playable Beast Gohan.

So hyped for this entire Legends Festival, they absolutely started part 1 with a bang!
No way did they release the correct Goku that fights Jiren, they also added a new SSJBE Vegeta (finally) and a transforming BEAST! GOHAN! That's right, a proper TRANSFORMING! BEAST! GOHAN! Oh my god! He transforms into Beast! And guess what? He doesn't DETRANSFORM! Oh my goodness gracious!

I fully think that the shit streak Dokkan has had these past 12 months will end once they actually add a playable beast Gohan into the game. If he isn't added during the anniversary, Dokkan will really be shooting themselves in the foot. It's been a year and a half since the movie came out and he still isn't playable in-game 💀

Also beast gohan isn't God's gift to Dragon Ball... the transformation has no explanation while it did 2 moves before disappearing.
Legends added two beast in span of one year even if dokkan did it, they still worse than legends about beast treatment

-Beastless Gohan
-Underwhelming character choice for Part 2 Anniversary LRs
-Spamming Base Gokus
-Every non celebration premium release being shit
-Never releasing villains and the villains they do release being really poorly designed (e.g. only being good against super class enemies)
To be fair, most of the bigger celebrations have been good but almost all the units released in-between are barely competing with units we got last year (INT Androids, Super 17, TEQ Trunks)
12 month shit streak? Are you crazy? 2023 was easily one of the most amazing year of the game and the originality of the new cards was unmatched, like bro who tf expected an LR Bulma 💀💀 with fire animations and toptier kit on top of that. Playable Beast Gohan would just be the cherry on top

Man it all make sense now. The Lf equipment that they recently released were hints. We got plat equipment for ssj3 goku and ssj2 vegeta and they reveal another tag unit for them. While Lf revival piccolo was a hint for us revealing a new beast gohan. Also that f2p rr piccolo look great as well.

And for the legend festival guess what: we have a new beast gohan stronger than ever. Is that a coincidence? I will leave that to your thought. What i could say is i am very hyped for this. The anniversary and the legend festival of this year are certainly the best we've ever had in dbl history

That special beam cannon animation on new transforming beast gohan is so movie like; its lit. IMO Beast really is more hype for me as compared to Evolved Blue boys (although their art looks cool). Them powering up & tag teaming against Jiren was a hype moment but not a defining moment in the T.O.P.

Beast gohan was the last thing i expected. Even the current beast still does pretty well and his damage at times can still be very overwhelming. His only downside is he doesn't tank great ( who really does anyway ) but overall his kit is still awesome

@@devanshusatapathy3962summon on the character you main and Beast seems to have a lot of type neutrality for defence and offence which is really good for a character to age well. His best teammates are Piccolo and Pikkon who are both green who counter Janemba pretty decently. Movies is looking insanely busted with Gammas, Janemba, Piccolo, Pikkon, Kid Goku, Gogeta and this Beast.
I'll just summon for both and pair them with SOH Trunks.
