I love watching pantyhose being made because it is this lightweight delicate fabric and it always looks like it is handles so roughly by machines. The precision is so crazy to handle such delicate materials without ripping them into shreds. I think gun manufacturing is interesting to watch, but you can expect gun parts to take a hell of a beating.

@@raysheridan1349 How is it a pervert's delight? I think of machines like this not being capable of handling delicate material, but rather ripping it to shreds. I do wear hosiery every day to prevent blood pooling (venous insufficiency) in my legs which do cause severe blood pressure spikes, but also high risk for blood clots. I've had several tumor removals which have diminished my quality of life, so wearing pantyhose is a necessity if I'm to watch my children become adults.

Do you also work with a client with a different design of tights? For example, I am looking for production of tights with self-knit waist-band that is not commonly on the market. I think I have only seen one dance wear and one tights brand do this. Also, what is the kind of thread used to sew tights/pantyhose? I am trying to research to see what are different options, but I cannot find information on the type of thread typically used for production of these garments. Thank you!

That is very interesting to watch that video. So jus asking where or who makes leggs style pantyhose. Causes sometimes the leg part is twisted that the seam at the toes don't line up with the toes, if you know what I mean.
Hi Bobbywauneka, as you know, the pantyhose is made of nylon and spandex covered yarn, the situation which happened by your expression is caused by the twist of the spandex covered yarn, the quality is not good. So it belongs to the yarn mills problem, not the panyhose factory's problem. For leggs style pantyhose suppliers, you should choose the ones located in Zhejiang Province, or Jiangsu Province.

Hi Jessie, the cost usually depends on the total amount you buy. The small factories that mentioned don't sell on eBay. But Bonas sells their products on eBay and Amazon, you can just search "Bonas pantyhose" and then you can find them which cost around $10 one piece. But if you directly purchase a large quantity more than 1,000 pieces from Bonas factory, then the price will be only $0.8 one piece.
