OMG thank you so much for this! I read the first book years ago, and suddenly ACOTAR is EVERYWHERE. I already have the second book but I didnt remember anything from the first, and didnt want to read it. All other summaries are too long or they leave details, this was perfect. Now i can join the ACOTAR hype train again😭
OMG! I am 17 mins in and I love how clearly you narrate this!! I'm too lazy to read the 1st book but want to start with the 2nd book so bad and I just wanna say thank YOU!! So much work to narrate this. Thanks a lot!
Absolutely stellar recap! It's been a couple years since I read ACOTAR and started (but never finished) ACOMAF. I've finally gotten around to restarting the second book but I needed a good refresher. I'm so glad I found this video-thank you!! 11/10
This was so helpful! I took quite a long break between books one and two and forgot most of the intricacies of the first book! Thank you for taking the time to do this!
Thank you so much! I kinda gave up on the series after reading book two back when they first came out. Recently I’ve been thinking about going back to the series but I knew I didn’t want to reread the books: this was absolutely perfect. You jogged my memory with the right amount of details.. ❤
Thank you for this summary! Ngl I’m not into fae stuff so I never planned on reading this, but I’ve been increasingly seeing more and more ACOTAR references so I was wondering what the hype was about. So glad I found this vid-I hope you have summaries of the other books bc I’m interested now
Wow thank you so much! This was amazing. I wanted to read the series but I didn't want to read the first book lol now I can jump straight to the 2nd book.
Thank you, thank you. Funny story, this fall I reread books 2 and 3 because I never got around to book 4 and I wanted to make sure I had the story set in my mind. I thought I remembered book 1 good enough. I finished book 4 and then read Court of Silver Flames a few weeks ago. I was asked to join a book club two days ago and guess what the book is Court of Thorns and Roses. Your summery was perfect. I can go to book club feeling confident.
Just saw your channel featured on Reading This Life's video, excited to check out more of your videos! I want to reread this because I just read Crescent City House of Earth and Blood and read so many reminders or maybe hints toward the ACOTAR series 🤔. Also I randomly think of the Middengard worm for NO REASON and i want to sue Sarah J. Maas for it 😂
Omg there’s also a worm battle in the second nevernight book and I think it’s also called the Middengard worm? Could you reply with a link to that channel? I can’t find a channel by that name but would love to say thank you and check them out!!
I just found your channel and I love that this is the first video I’m watching!! I loved this series so much. I hope you like the rest of the series whenever you read them! Looking forward to your other videos! I’m a newbie booktuber as well and I think we have similar tastes - I’d love to be friends and talk books❤️❤️
This was super helpful! I’ve been wanting to read the series but couldn’t get past the first half of the book. People kept telling me the other books are way better so I still wanted to give it a shot. Now I can jump into the second one lol

Not a romance, but my I suggest Mr. Fix It and Miss Sue? It is also a follow center story. It has reserved five star reviews from everyone so far. ❤❤❤

Hello! Thank you for stopping by💕
Ty I lost the first book but I ended up loosing it this is a great help:3
I swear to God if you spoil ACOMAF i will be SOOOOOOO fking pissed off
The audiobook is just boring…the narrator has a great voice, but she moves slower than pondwater.
I loved the audio book to be honest but I read parts and listened to parts
Speed up the reading speed. I had the same problem.
For anyone wondering, the dramatized adaptations are really good!!!
graphic audio is best
