$10 Ear Cleaning in India shocked me 🇮🇳

- Upon arriving, I had a man ask me if I wanted an ear cleaning. I nervously agreed and spent about 10-15 minutes getting an ear cleaning that in hindsight was very sketchy. This procedure is very risky after finding out more about the risks after I had it done.

I remember as a kid, my Doctor tellig me, "never put anything inside your ear besides your elbow." Nuff said. The guy that cuts my hair said he got one of those new age "ear candling" treatments and got an infction that took a long ime to resolve.

Probably yes, but just think about how little these ear cleaners make a day. I'd be happy to give them that money, so they can afford a little more at the end of the day for their families. Always keep in mind, these people are very poor. You can see it as a scam, but you earn well in a Western country. Look at it from this perspective.
