Hi vel, 1) we have to select part range as per spec. For +/- 0.1 select samples within +/- 0.08 and for +/- 0.3 select samples within +/- 0.25. If possible select beyond that limit also. 2) We can do GRR for unilateral tolerance also
Ndc means Number of Distinct Characters. It will come more when the selected samples variations is more. Because if we select more variation parts, the study will come effectively. If we select same size parts, we can not get effective variations after study
Repeatability is the variation within same appraiser. Reproducibility is variation between 3 appraisers. So, watch the same video again from beginning for better understanding.
Hi Aravinth we have to remember that repeatability means appraiser variation (AV) and reproducibility means equipment variation (EV). Pls study the definitions once again
CAPA means Corrective Action cum Preventive Action. I am till now not aware about FACA. But in google it is coming that Financial Assurance for Corrective Action. Pls provide full form if you know that for my understanding
