my credit card company restricted my account cuz i signed up for autopay and somehow it didn't withdraw the amount due on the due date - am i screwed for missing my due date? I payed manually 3 days after they called me and informed me of the missed payment. will this affect my score? i have a record of paying on time 100%

Hello, I am trying to download the tracker. I entered my email address and first name and clicked the download request. It then gave me an error that I need to choose an option. I am not seeing anywhere else to click on or to choose. What am I doing wrong? I also wanted to ask if with this tracker can I add as many categories as I need? I do monthly sinking funds. With this I add up anything extra that needs to get paid or saved for (car tags, quarterly taxes, ect.) So I need 12 categories and then also track them each month as I put money in for each. I hope that all makes sense. Thank you for doing these videos, they are very informative and helpful.
