Question is how do you afford this stuff ? Eating at NY restaurants is pricey. That bagel and lox tower looked awesome and the idea of a bagel tower for brunch customers is genius.

I'd love to know what her food budget is! According to her previous comments, she has two jobs, a 9-5 plus the content creator job. I'm assuming her 9-5 pays very well considering the cost of living in New York. Then there is the privilege of landing a high paying job in NYC etc.
