Love your video's so informative and sincere. I'm saving to order from your hair company! I ordered raw hair on black Friday 2018. Even with the sale it was still expensive. But, I wanted to buy hair that would last. It is now March 2019, and that raw hair is a nightmare. One bundle I had to cut out because it was so matted. I spent 4 hours trying to untangle the hair. I called the vendor who said she will replace it! I am not working, which was a choice to take care of my elderly dad. I also, purchased the hair because I'm now looking for work and want to look very nice for my interviews. I was so angry that the raw hair in only a few months is in the condition that it's in. I didn't wear the hair often because I was home 80% of the time with my dad. I also, believe in taking care of things regardless of it is expensive or not. At this point I don't know who to trust. Many of the youtubers that do hair reviews are questionable as well!! I will try your hair soon. You seem to be sincere and honest! Love your video's.

I like how you are mentioning about building relationships with vendors, that has been my consistent core message with the vendors I’m researching, many are out of touch with how to approach me and reply.. I say I’m looking to build a good honest fruitful relationship for both( because non of our families should be left starving) the reply is always the same.. using the same glossed up
Language about the hair( as if I’m not going to do my due diligence to look behind the words ...) and using the infamous “will you be buying hairs now?”... aka hurry up and buy.. which no one can tell anyone what to hurry up and do when it comes to my family investment funds.. if I’m hurried, Im never reaching out to that vendor again... choosing a vendor takes time, I need to wear the hair for months as a part of my research process.. all of that data I need to gather as a part of the decision making process... I will never buy anything I do not know about or never experienced myself to sell to anyone .. absolutely not.. that’s not good business.. thanks again I’m researching you as well and very impressed thus far ..
what you are saying is true, TRUE ! I never push my hair customers to buy hair, and I always say take your time, sometimes I don't want to disturb people and don't keep sending bull ship messages to them. I think they will have their own way to decide, I just explain the hair quality to them and keep making videos and ask them to subscribe our TH-cam channel and when I post videos they can watch what im doing. and maybe one day they need me. building relationship with people in business is the most important part, make sure the person is good, then they will do good to you in the future.
