I just got my snorkel kit from my local dealer. Everything else I've installed from Can-Am the installation time on the directions was under 2 hours and most took me a couple days just because the directions are poor and you end up getting frustrated. Then you walk away for a while. This says 3 hours install time...I know I'm doomed. Lol. This video will help. Thanks for making this!
Let me save you some trouble... Run the rest of the vents! Gas tank, front diff... Currently looking for the rest.. had 10 hours on mine and sucked mud and water in the gas...
Man i saw that! We never had that issue but we also didn't go as deep as you haha! Iv been watching your videos lately I'm liking the xmr x3! I just recently got the 2020 rzr highlifter 2 seat. Yall seem to have some pretty sweet parks to mud ride at!
LC Powersports I havent got to try them in any mud yet. Just on some dirt, and gravel roads. I did get in some sand and they seemed to do great. They dug a little, but pushed through just fine.
Definitely.. I agree. The fit and finish is very nice and gives me assurance that I wont have any issues. People must remember to not get in a hurry when doing a snorkel kit.
Stephen with the XMR kit, the risers eliminate the need for the interior block off mod due to the fact that the riser are ran up past the old intake area and all of that is replaced and the openings of the risers are up high and face the back for the machine. It does help with the noise
Hi, great video. What intake or exhaust hooks up to the P-trap? Also the grills that go into the snorkels, do they just push in and can they just be pulled out, or are there clips or screws? Thanks again for the video!
I have a 2019 Can Am Defender X MR with the snorkel kit already installed. The problem is it right where you look out the rear view mirror. Thoughts on fixing this? Can you take the right snorkel and put it on the left side and the left side snorkel on the right to create a gap to view behind the machine?
thank you and i don't mean to be a pest. but can i get the link for the lower doors to. i am getting 19xds turbo r. i all so noticed that a lot of places sell a front frame and suspension stiffener. do you think it's worth the $500- $800 for this ??? i will be trail riding 75 to 80%of the time

If your not gonna be jumping it big and hitting ruts and whoops at 70mph.. then the stock shock supports stiffening bracket should be sufficient. I have had zero issues and I mainly trail ride and there is nowhere around her to full send her in the air unless we get a bulldozer and make something lol
I'd ask why you didn't just get the XMR but I already know y'all are the types of dudes who can't wait to tear stuff apart!!! Hahaha! Knocking on 1000 brother! Congratulations!
Thanks bro and I did explain in the video why I got the xds instead of the xmr but the video was so long I ended up editing that part out. Lol But long story short, when I went to buy a turbo sxs that day, there was no XMRs there that day, and they had this XDS marked down 5k off msrp.. So I couldn't pass that up.
@@LCPowersports You can purchase the SMart Lok from Can Am and install it yourself. IT's not much more than a Halo locker, and is supported by BRP. I am goign to be purchasing mine soon.
Canam doesn’t include instructions because they have a website with all the instructions. Just type in the part number of the kit you have. instructions.brp.com/e-instruction.html#tab=1

Omg Braydon price brooo
We should do some video with your x3 and my 2022 pro xp it has 4inch portals and 33s or 35s so we are around the same size.
Great video, I am installing this kit today.
Awesome it wasn't to bad of a job.
Did you have issues installing the riser from the air box, mine seems to small to fit
could you still put a rear window in with the snorkel kit installed ?
Im not sure we never tried.
No, they don't make a rear window that fits with the snorkel kit. You would have to cut out around it.
Yes you can I have one installed on my '23 xmr
I’d go with the XM 310s for sure. I just put a set of 35s on my XMR and they’re incredibly smooth!
I do really want to try them!.
Have u got to run them in any samd on a creek or river? Wondering if they dig more than paddle

@@GBrewner I know the XT300S surprised us in muddy conditions for the lugs to only be 3/4" ..
I know the XM310s look great
@@LCPowersports I'd imagine the XM 310s would build on the performance of the XT's performance. Since they're essentially the same pattern.
Great video buddy!
Hey man great video...do you know the name or part number to the last part you installed that clamped in front of the snorkels..thanks
I have no idea! I will try to look it up and see though!
@@LCPowersports ok thanks really appreciate 👍🏽
How does it get air if you seal the air box off around the nine minute mark?

I have a question having that hole in the center part you ínstales would that be the max level to go under water?
Did it come with the interior block off for the old intake to help cut down on cab noise?

@@LCPowersports that is the exact reason I wanted to put snorkels on mine
I need part number to the cover installed on minute mark 18:30

I'm not sure on the p trap. And I believe the grills are held in by clips if I remember correctly! Thanks!
Quick question, on the back of the risers...were the mounting holes threaded? Also, how did you clamp the side exhaust riser to the role bar?
Let me get back with you on that one I wasn't there for the whole install.
How much you charge to do a snorkel job on my x3?
We don't work on anything but our own stuff

We installed a reverse cam and had it run full time
You could try I'm sure you would had to modify it some though.

No problem man
Does the kit reduced the cab noise significantly?
Not much difference that I noticed.

when you buy an x3 thats not an xmr and you bought the snorkel kit do they install it for u?
