  • Hi guys, here's the next installment of the MG ZR project.
    this video shows the rebuild of the engine with forged components, GT30 turbo, DTA ecu and a whole lot of other nice parts.
    Also whist the engine was out i d4ecided to carry out a bit more smoothing and also hidden most of the engine bay components such as power steering bottle / pipes, engine bay fuse box relocated inside car, brakes pipes hidden, and generally bay cleaned.

    Very Nice work, Although the kestral kevlar plate is a load of junk, Been there tried those, standard organic holds more.

    Its not the mechanical side of things that are tricky its the wiring loom i find a bastard!!

    This looks like an M series engine and not the T16.
