The Three Words of Garab Dorje - Day Two (Morning)

**In the traditional way, Lama Lena will open these teachings Friday evening and it is expected that students will maintain practical silence and practice through the entire weekend.**
The “Three Words That Strike the Heart” are pith instructions for directly experiencing the nature of mind. Given by the first Dzogchen master, Garab Dorje, to his student Mañjushrimitra, these short instructions contain the entire essence of the teachings and are famed for their ability to bring about full realization in those who receive it.
