Hi There, thanks for the lovely vid's. i am planning to buy the multi head Ricoma CHT 1504 and have a question which i need some clarity. not sure if this answer will be given asap however it's worth asking as you are the experts in Ricoma :).
i want to know on this machine if i use the Sash Frame and load a design which will be repeated on each head, how close the design will get to each other, what i mean is that can i create a chain of flowers which are connect on the full fabric which is mounted on the Sash Frame or i will get some gaps between heads?
hope i was able to explain what my need is.
Thanks and waiting for a responce

Hi there, yes it is possible to connect the chain of flowers with the sash frame on a multi-head. One thing you should know though is that depending on the fabric, some puckering may occur where the design ends and starts between the heads as a result of the push and pull on such a large embroidery area.

That sounds great.. the idea is to keep at least 1 mm or 2 mm between each design. hence don't think this should be an issue..
thanks for your response and the great vids. i am new to this business and learning new stuff day by day.

Could you attach the "sash frame" on a EM 1010 machine? If not, Do you have a similar frame that fit the EM1010 machine?

No there is no sash frame on the EM 1010. The largest hoop is 310 by 210 mm or 12 by 8 inches

Joan fabrics, all- stitch and any other embroidery store. It just needs to be bought in large rolls, not sheets.

You don't send the backing for setting up the machine.

If you buy a machine directly from us we send a starter kit that contains backing. If you did not receive one please contact support here. www.ricoma.us/tech-support
If you are referring to special backing for the sash frame, then no that is not included with the machine. But we can help you get if you contact support.
