ഔദ്യോഗിക ഘട്ടത്തിൽ വരുമ്പോൾ നമ്മൾ സ്ത്രീ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ കുടുംബം എന്നത് ബാലികേറാമലയായിട്ട് തന്നെയാണ് അനുഭവിക്കുന്നത്.നിർഭാഗ്യവശാൽ ശരിക്കും ഒരു ബലിയാടായ വ്യക്തി എന്ന നിലയിൽ സ്ത്രീയുടെ പ്രശ്നം ചിന്തിക്കാൻ ഒരു ദിനം വന്നത് കൊണ്ടും വലിയ മാറ്റം ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല.

The issue is that the majority of Politicians and a group of corrupted officials will not allow these extremely talented IAS and IPS officers to make any difference...the latest example is the kseb chairman mr.ashokan..
