@@seslywilliams3573 first identify them. after you identify your trauma then you begin the healing process and there are many different options available to do that. no matter how long it takes; in the end, being at genuine peace with yourself by accepting/and or forgiving what you have been through is what ‘cleaning your traumas’ accomplishes :)

it blows my mind how wise Willow seems to be for her age. if I could have seen things the way she does when I was her age, my life would have been infinitely different. I was extremely naive up until about 26/27. her thoughts and ways of looking at things match mine now at 32. like... this girl has 11 years on me in terms of maturity and self awareness.

I totally got that 2000's Fefe Dobson, Avril pop-punk feel the first time I heard Transparent Soul. I think she was playing with the imagery first on Instagram but when the song dropped I knew immediately this was just confirmation.
