I think identifying my ideal reader is where I'm sort of stuck and the few hundred people I have on social are not interacting with my posts so it's a little frustrating when they are supposed to be "friends" so I'm going to be searching outward going to libraries, books stores and so on to try to create an audience or at least get some networking in place. Though I'm in a small town I'm going to start here and branch out to bigger towns around me as I build this thing. It has almost been defeating the lack of support, but I am persistent with the purpose that God's given me and I know that I am taking extra steps to be sure my content is top notch- quality over quantity. Thanks for the tips Jenn!
I WILL EXPLAIN MY AUDICE HOW MY BOOK WILL IMPACT THEM BY THE BRAVE OF THE AUTHOR AND HIS HUSBAND . THELLING THEM DO NOT GIVE UP AND FALLOW THEIR DREAM OF BEING FREE AND PROSPEROUS

I am really glad that I have discovered this channel. As for my ideal reader, she is a child and that's always a dilemma. because you can't be direct with your ideal reader if you write for them.I can only aim my marketing to parents, grandparents and teachers it still feels like it's not talking to my target audience.
Lots to consider here - thank you for that. It can seem a daunting task to do promotion for a first book when told all the things you need to do. So reassuring to know there's value in starting with a small group and moving on from there. Thanks again for all good advice.
