Regarding the courtroom shows, IDK if that particular one was true but people do get awarded very hefty settlements for things like this. There was a case when I was in high school when the Internet was still in its baby days & websites were not a thing. Not on April fools day a local radio show from a very small neighboring town said they were awarding 100 grand to the 100th caller, the 100th caller who was so happy he cried on air telling the hosts he needed the money very badly, he was out of work & his truck had died so he could finally get himself a working truck to find a job then the radio hosts laughed at this man who had just been sobbing tears of joy & informed him he won a candy bar called 100 Grand. He was furious, sued them & won but this was a tiny local radio show & so it never went beyond the local news of our tiny county. Cut to 2005, the internet is still not even remotely what it is today but radios are using station websites, another radio show does this exact same prank & says "more details are available on our website", the female contest winner upon learning she was getting a candy bar took them to court & won. Even today pranks like this would lead to an award because not every person under the sun owns a computer or has internet, details can be missed between segments, so the FCC has since changed their policies regarding prize pranks issuing gigantic fines & even revoked broadcast licenses. Hooters got sued by an employee after they put on a contest saying whoever sells the most beer by a specific date wins a brand new Toyota, the employee was blindfolded & presented with a Toy Yoda doll from the Star Wars movies. When she filed a lawsuit the company realized they were fucked & tried hiding the lawsuit from the media by setting OOC but the lawsuit ended up making national headlines. I honestly believe that that courtroom case was legitimate and the defense laughing at the plaintiff did not help their case. His story of doing something like that all in the name of trying to save his parents house was heartbreaking I really hope someone saw the show and offered to laser the tattoo for free, the defense laughing at the plaintiff absolutely did nothing for their case

8:24 the reason all news presenters sounded like this is because it was developed when TV and radio were first coming about, and was considered the "international norm" of communication. the guy at 27:00 getting branded is actually freeze branding, where an agent such as liquid nitrogen is used to super freeze the brand, leaving the resulting mark white instead of colored because the process results in no melanin in the mark.

Lying in the downward dog pose during a butt tattoo allows the skin on your cheeks to be pulled taught, allowing the artist to stretch the skin more easily. People will sometimes get their butt tattooed in this pose or while lying on their side in a fetal position. The skin on your butt can be really hard to tattoo due to how much it moves, so pulling it tight like this can really help.
Fun fact: you can hold an alligator’s (I almost typed “alligaytor” 🤣) mouth shut because the muscles they use to open their jaws are much weaker than the muscles used to close them.

@Yraacui No, I wouldn't say I am judging too hard. You say they know the risk of gators and hygiene, yet they're doing a tattoo, outside, sitting on a gator, with other gators around. 27:00 That is a severe second degree burn, especially the star might be bordering on third. That's gonna hurt for weeks to months and be a SEVERE infection risk
Hknes5py they're probs both 3rd degree, that one with the cross they hell waaaaaayyyy too long! They dont even hold it that long on the skin of live stock being branded and they have thicker skin than us humans!! Both brands were dented in, especially so the star, and the fully dead white hard looking skin is bad news. Bet that guy ended up at the hospital for treatment with in a day or two. Those so won't heal well at all!
As someone that experiences seizures, it actually /is/ terrifying every time we go for any body modification as we do not know when or if this will crop up to some visual trigger. Most times, we shut our eyes and let sleep take us - hilariously, this startles our tattoo person. In fairness, it /does/ hurt, but it is not unpleasant. (:
Had to google: In the Bible, the number 513 represents change and new beginnings. It is a reminder that with faith and trust in God, anything is possible. Additionally, this number may be a sign that positive changes are coming your way and that you should trust in the path that God has laid out for you. Angel number 513 is a divine message that encourages us to embrace growth, transformation, and personal expansion.
The alligator tattooer is from ink master. Hes like super famous....and he also knows how truly filthy gators are.... hes a wildlife conservationist. Owns cobras and stuff..... Known as Tyler Nolan on yt
@RolyWestYT yea he's got friends who have lost fingers to gator bites and infections from said bites....the artist also lost half his index finger to a king cobra bite envenomation. He's intimately aware of infection risk in the swamps and such. Reckless behavior.
Given the types of bacteria that hang out on gator/crocodile skin, I would have serious issues with having my ~groinal~ area anywhere near their backs.enjoy the rash I guess.
8:17 everyone sounded like that on TV "back in the day" because everyone was trained with the transatlantic accent. Most Hollywood stars also were trained to speak with the transatlantic accent, too. I honestly always liked it 😊
The attitude a lot of TV (and before that radio) channels had was that people would only take it seriously (and it was so very serious business) if they heard the right accent. The BBC used the so called 'recieved pronunciation' accent that was somehow English as it was spelled. You got a similar thing in the states with the transatlanic accent which worked on similar principles. It was just pure snobbery.

This is the third video I have watched from you. The first two were older videos and I’m so glad I’m here for the ride now, I love your humor and the editing is great too 💙🥹
I watched your videos in 2018 and I stumbled back onto your channel again recently I’m so happy I did your videos make my day more bearable:)
Thank you for yet another entertaining stroll down tattoo hell Roly.
some ppl are so dumb it just hurts to be an bystander.
glad you and the rest of your audience are here for mental support :P
I love the flaming Moe's poster btw ^^
2:00-- Today in Florida Man History...
😅😅😅
I was struggling to even look at those blisters, nevermind the idea of watching them be popped. Thanks for clicking away!
surprised to see Tyler Nolan tattooing the guy on the aligator. Disappointing to see. He's very experienced with many types of reptiles, he knows how quickly things can change with even tame reptiles.
5:58 This clip was so random 😂😂😂
It killed me every time Roly used it over and over again in one of his last videos 😂
😂😂😂😂
The KRUD tattoo thing was real. Turns out the radio has done similar things in the past and people fell for it and didn’t get payed.
Framily = friends that are family ❤
I'm on a Roly Binge... Can't believe this is a new video with sooooo many fake face tattoos! That trend seriously needs to stop!
I really hope that Trump forehead tattoo was just a gag lol
Me and you both. I love seeing stuff like that from the past. I just love it!
513 was the phone area code for where I grew up 😂
OH!! HOME TOWN SHOUTOUT
Had to google:
In the Bible, the number 513 represents change and new beginnings. It is a reminder that with faith and trust in God, anything is possible. Additionally, this number may be a sign that positive changes are coming your way and that you should trust in the path that God has laid out for you.
Angel number 513 is a divine message that encourages us to embrace growth, transformation, and personal expansion.
I'm just living for the "wot"s! 😂
orange contacts are my fav. they bring out the orange t'toos
I'm currently packing to move out of my uni housing and this is keeping me sane
I saw a guy in a red hat straddling an alligator and thought 'that tracks'
It was Sugababes - overload Roly! I remember that TOTP performance! X
15:50...I fully thought that was an otter. 😂😂😂
Oh no hahaha
@@RolyWestYT...Sadly, it wasn't a cute otter though. It looked like it had seen some 💩! 😬😂😬
Me too!
Love you in the dark piercings, they really do suit you ❤
Looks like a bear to me? possibly 🤣Thanks for the laughs Roly yo really crack me up and brighten my day!!! ☮
I thought it was a wolf that had rabies at first, then I decided it was supposed to bear. I think? That was hilarious
@@Bullen_3 I so agree I did lmao ☮
Dear Roly. Laughing out loud again. Love. X
Face tattoo..... this is gonna end so well x💀😂
It was the Sugababes overload the song you where singing. Love your videos and your tattoos are amazing.
The alligator tattooer is from ink master. Hes like super famous....and he also knows how truly filthy gators are.... hes a wildlife conservationist. Owns cobras and stuff.....
Known as Tyler Nolan on yt
Oh good lord
@RolyWestYT yea he's got friends who have lost fingers to gator bites and infections from said bites....the artist also lost half his index finger to a king cobra bite envenomation. He's intimately aware of infection risk in the swamps and such. Reckless behavior.
Given the types of bacteria that hang out on gator/crocodile skin, I would have serious issues with having my ~groinal~ area anywhere near their backs.enjoy the rash I guess.
27:35 he's saying that is a power from his ancestors 🤣
😮😂 is he on something?
I have school tomorrow 😔😔 at least I can enjoy this on my last day of summer :3
4:44 takes I’ve got my eye on you to a whole new level 😂
You’re almost to 1m! ❤
8:17 everyone sounded like that on TV "back in the day" because everyone was trained with the transatlantic accent. Most Hollywood stars also were trained to speak with the transatlantic accent, too. I honestly always liked it 😊
YAYAYAYYA ROLY POSTED
Enjoy
Oh Roxy more newsreel or documentary bits on tattoo history would be a fun video idea. I love seeing slice of life stories from history.😊
Hey Rolyshweeadoo x
Even though I have fixed my body clock again I was literally falling asleep waiting for this upload x😂
Loved the video x
I am a sleeping pill
@@RolyWestYT hahahaha x
OMG the golum comment may have been the funniest thing you've said in a video.. cracked me up!
Alligator/crocodile is definitely natural selection at its best.
I getbso excited when tattoo and piercings reactions come out!
27:11 Spanish is my first language and this is just satire
The attitude a lot of TV (and before that radio) channels had was that people would only take it seriously (and it was so very serious business) if they heard the right accent. The BBC used the so called 'recieved pronunciation' accent that was somehow English as it was spelled. You got a similar thing in the states with the transatlanic accent which worked on similar principles. It was just pure snobbery.
2:32 that is a creator named Tyler Nolan. I follow him because of his snakes. I didn't know he was also a tattoo artist. You can find the full video here on TH-cam ❤❤❤
18:43 Treacle Tatts did a video on her
The "OH. Let´s buy a bench" just caught me off guard. I laugh so much. Love your humor 🤣
😂😂😂😂
Has he been licking toads? 😂😂😂
2:00 that’s Tyler Nolan, he was in a season of ink master 😂
He's also collabed with Clint's Reptiles, a channel all about responsible reptile care 😆
