Why didn't you use the MRP generated PR for converting into PO? Since you were created a manual PO, the total receipt quantity (manual PO + MRP PR) is showing greater than your max stock level which is confusing
max = maximum stock level you want to have in inventory. based on storage area available and how much money to be stuck in inventory. reorder = enough stock available to cover production till next receipt is done from vendor,
