I got a Corsair TC60 and it makes my back feel SO GOOD, I was about to stop using gaming chairs but this one just feels perfect, and the fact that it doesn't have leather makes it even better, hell I can even wash the cover whenever I want, that's great for me since I need my stuff to always be clean. Awesome, awesome chair.
I've only had three gaming chairs in my life: A DxRacer, one of the hundreds of cheap Amazon chairs, and the Razer Enki (not the X, though. The regular one with more features. It was on sale for $340) and I can say with confidence that the Enki is by far the best. The build quality and features are amazing. It is expensive for a chair but you get good quality for what you pay for. At least it's not expensive as a Secretlab.
My gaming chair is currently a metal folding chair… I came to this video looking for a $130ish dollar chair that’s comfy and looks nice. Quickly to learn that if I double that price, I get a low quality chair that’s looked down upon😂
I’m sitting on a regular old office chair. Been using it for years. It does the job. Work, studying, and yes gaming. I game a lot. I don’t recommend a lot of leather chairs due to the leather becoming crumbly and it’s prone to crack over the years but with the right care then sure it works.
Yeah, have noticed the leather cracking on my gaming chair, does not look the best anymore, have had it for 3-4 years now tho, so not too bad and it still does the job.
Minor correction: you're sitting on pleather, or Polyurethane (eg. PU) and a cheap version at that, when you get cracking. Real leather takes A LONG time and a lot of abuse to crack, which is why it used in high end cars like my Jaguar. And you have to take care of it by using leather creams to keep the leather soft and pliable over time - don't let it just dry out. And there are different qualities of both PU and leather, so you could find different grains, textures, suppleness/softness to the touch, and durability. Some of the PU on the higher end gaming chairs does not crack and scuff like the cheap office chairs do, and proper nappa leather is among the softest and most resilient, but also the most expensive.

No mention of sweating on all of these chairs: no mesh chair, so before you make a decision just know: leather chairs make you sweat.... No way around it. Bottom upholstery, back mesh is the best solution... Also, gaming chair is not a must: go for a good ergonomic office chair instead and you will be a happy camper...
@@gorillamafia5144 Well that's a bit rude. Some people do live in warmer climates and air conditioning is expensive. What WhoCares said doesn't point to that individual as being overweight or unhealthy.
Titan evo has hot swappable armrest and offers an upgrade to a gel armrest. I find the default armrest, which is made of a pu foam, to be excellent though and does have a subtle "sponginess" to it.
this video really helped me a lot. I bought a PC this year and I've been doing my work and gaming on a wooden chair 😭. I think its worth it to on invest in a good chair that will last me years to come. Thank you for this awesome list!
Can't recommend not getting a mavix enough, their QA is terrible and returns are a hassle. Mine started to leak a fluid from the base and the back rest would give to any weight being put on it after 2 days. I had the M7 btw
Brainbean, have you ever tried the Respawn RSP-200 racing style gaming chair? I’ve heard it’s a great chair and I would love to hear your opinion on it.
Hi. I was wondering if you may recommend a good neck chair. I had major surgery on my neck to repair bone deterioration. I have two rods, 16 screws, one small rod, and four caterpillar cages. I have mobility and get around well.
So like what do you do with these chairs you just try and then don’t use? I need a new chair desperately, but can’t afford one. Wanted to know if there was like a secret used chair place I don’t know about.
Hmm I really don’t understand the hype on the titan evo. Packing experience was good and the adjustments are decent but comfort isnt good. After a month of use and horrendous lower back pain I’m returning, my personal experience was just pain.
Picked up a Enki pro for 400$, it's a little bit different than the Enki. Feels good for 400, for 1299 no thanks. The carbon fiber and trim is ridiculously nice looking, especially on the back it's got a lot of detail for the back of a chair, it's bigger than the Enki too, weighs like 80 pounds. I use only one arm rest, other one is in my closet taking up, space. There are no great chairs with flipping arms, Aeron is the best. Fake Aerons are no good, mesh gets kind of unsatisfying. There's nothing to the mesh chairs, not really.
Hi brainbean: I need the most cushioned chair available so the chair doesn’t cut into my hamstrings, and my muscles don’t get sore from sitting long periods of time. In the video the mavix m9 appeared to have the most cushion. What’s you opinion on that? Thanks I’m advance
