This was a rehabilitation of a human aggressive dog. His behaviors were counter conditioned and yes he is now on a farm. I was the trainer not the owner😂😂😂 people are crazy!!!
Umm...I do. She's a border collie/lab mix that I got from a shelter. I can't leave her alone, as she will chew and swallow just about anything. If it were shoes, furniture...so be it. But twice she's chewed extension cords and swallowed the metal wiring. I am with her 16 hours a day during the week, and all weekend. When I am home she is not in a crate. But when I'm at work...she gets up to some dangerous shenanigans. After the fourth trip to the emergency vet, I had to do things differently. She now simply views the crate as sleepy time. She's not aggressive toward people (she does bark at other dogs), and she gets lots of exercise. But I just can't get her to not chew dangerous things. She's gotten a whole lot better, but I'm still afraid one day she'll go for a cord that's actually plugged into an outlet.
Uhh... I put my border husky in a crate...it's her safe place when things around the house are hectic, her bed at night (sometimes), her "time out" place, hangout...majority of the time she's in there she is free to come and go. It's all in how you train the dog...btw it's time to wake her up for potty and breakfast
I was thinking the same thing too. Like if you want it to bond just open it up and let it go back in whenever it wants as a safe hiding spot. Border collies are highly intelligent and they tend to growl when they are scared or are in an unknown situation. My own BC likes to growl at some (not all) people which is scary but it weeds out those that are afraid and shows peoples true intentions. I love her though, everything she learned (which isn't much because she was/is stubborn) she picked up within a few minutes with no treats or clicker as a baby.
Red flag to the owner, I have a BC and she is the most friendly dog and she is not caged for long time if so we opt to take her with us, or find a dog taker. A border collie must not be caged for long periods of time please that dog is not for you sr.
The title: border collie... the guy: Australian Shepard
In taxonomy he is a border collie. But ya, bit silly
"shepherd"
🤣🤣 right! The owners thought he was one. Only person to catch it👊
I smell BS and a well trained border collie.
exactly

What happened to the poor dog to make him so aggressive in the first place? I think somewhere there is a person that needs to be in that cage.
yeah that dog is certainly not treated right
It probably really isn't aggressive. It's just lashing out and trying to tell the guy something.
Agree with your comment
I could calm it down but it have to stay with me for life treat a dog like yourself it needs to feel safe
My guess it's clever editing!
This is a working dog, wtf , its suppose to be on a land, farm land etc...
Mr. Pickles is that you!?
Today I learned: dogs appreciate being freed from cages. Thank you!
Love it that dog is a brilliant dog
Can't cage a cattle dog. I went through the same thing when I adopted a caged BC. She turned out just fine.
What kind of person puts a border Collie in a cage?

The dog was hungry and caged. What would you expect?
Eye problem
crates arent cruel, folks. its a safe space for the dog & a training tool.
Totally agree...my dog loves her crate most of the time
I'd be aggressive, too if you kept me in a crate.

@@Midala87 no. he did the right steps to acclimate a nervous and reactive dog into its new home.
It’s not my dog we Rehabilitated him to a loving home
Get him out of that cage!!! Poor thing 🤬
I'd love to watch you let him out and then get savaged. That'd be fun.
@@some_gadgie I don't think so. Did you not see him taking a treat from the man without biting him???
