There’s a lot of money to be made in the IL area of St. Louis. It’s way better than AZ. We’re building a permanent office out there rn and have 6-8 week installs already

@@LLCBOYZ You have no idea what your talking about. Illinois has a state incentive that pays for 21% of the system, Obviously they get the tax credit too… 51% of their system paid for and its an untouched market, it is truly mind blowing.

So the methodology is that solar is a decision that homeowners have months to sleep on. I focus on presenting the solar in a way that makes it a no brainer to say yes when I ask them if they want to see if they qualify. Bc then they will look back on the “close” as never having even been “closed” at all and as having made the decision themselves.
I gauge their interest the entire close and if it doesn’t seem like they’re going to say “yes” if I ask this “scary” way , then that’s when I go for a hard close.
I have a 65% sit down to close conversion rate and a 83% pull through rate. I understand why you and others go for the hard close everytime, my method is just focused on closing them the entire presentation so that it’s a no brainer by the end and so that they feel they are making the right decision themselves 🤙
