How many times, when with who we will never know, and we'll never know if that includes Jennifer or not. All we know is ge cheated on her, and thier relationship didn't work out for several more reasons, some we may never know, and we know him and Jennifer shared at least one kiss off set. Either way it is what it is
I would say that only JLAW and Liam know the truth and Miley IF she was there… and since speculation only surfaced when the song was released years after they divorced, i would say it is only speculation.

Meaning during their 1st separation, Liam could have cheated and that could have been the reason for the 1st time they split (likely too based on her song FU). Second separation she explicitly said she didn't cheat but just cause she said cheating wasn't the reason for the (2nd) separation, doesn't mean for sure Liam didn't cheat. Miley could have just not dumped him because of that reason. Although I do believe myself he didn't cheat 2nd time around. I think thry had an open relationship by then. But that part is just speculation.

It does not necessarily reflect their true suffering, or their true experience. Sometimes a pop song is just a pop song!
