The best Tankers with a Jake, Tanker 43-1 at 1:50 and then again at 11:00. Also Tanker 5-7 at 12:52, and Tanker 25-1 at 14:05 were nice with their Jake’s. I love the no annoying air horns too with them!
*Engine 403
Rest in peace that cardboard box that repeatedly got hit
Great video. Best parts are with the quantum tanker at 2:35 and the Kenworth tanker at 8:39.
Amazing footage!
Thank you!
5:58 I love how the van don’t even bother to pull over to let that tanker go through 🤦♂️
I didn't 😡
@@MilesNewmoyer I’m a firefighter and I feel really bad for our driver(s) because people in my town don’t know how to move over how can you miss a big yellow and blue truck with flashing red lights moving in your direction
Most people are completely ineffective and oblivious with many things in life, especially driving.
@@nicholasheiser9786 I’m a firefighter and it pisses me off when people don’t move out of the damn way
Let me clear something up. SIRENS DON’T WORK. I’m a career firefighter with 33 plus years of service and a district chief for the last 8 years. Look up studies some colleges have done on the effectiveness of the siren in emergency vehicles. If your in front of an emergency vehicle and you are traveling the same speed you will NOT hear the siren and by chance you have your window you might hear it BUT you won’t be able to tell which direction it’s coming from. It been proven if your driving an emergency vehicle 40 MPH or faster you outran your siren. Meaning it is completely ineffective. If your on a cross street being approached by an emergency vehicle you won’t hear the siren until it is parallel to you. My municipality is 78 square miles with mostly urban areas with a small percentage of farmland. We have 6 stations total. 1 chief 2 deputy chiefs and 3 district chiefs. We house 4 engines, 2 75’ quints, 1 100’ tower and 1 tanker pumper, 2 heavy rescues. The chief, deputy chiefs and district chiefs all have Chevy Tahoes. We recently outfitted all of are fleet with several more front facing and intersection lights and have had a positive effect on people getting out of the way. They see you long before they hear you. I know ALL first responders LOVE the noise but the noise isn’t working.
Stupid question... I see hydrants all over the place and closer than where the tankers are coming from and the fire looks like it is in a downtown area, WHY don't they just lay a line in off the hydrants ??? I will be honest in the area I work they will feed off a tanker rather than to lay a line to in the city next to us with hydrants on every street corner.
By the time we needed tankers O/S the hydrants were completely dry. We had set up down there because we needed space for all the pools and trucks. Then we had 5inch running up the road to the trucks.
Wow!
@@phatboizbackyardkustomz9006yup.
Powercall....Rotorays....pinwheel pattern...a bazillion lights in the front of the trucks...vollies....gotta be mid Atlantic west of Philly area.
Think it might be around Oxford.
Sensational 😊😊😊

16:07 Douchebag red car here couldn't wait for the tender to head on by if he knew he was only stopping right there, interfering with fire operations.
I remember seeing this on the web cad for lancaster
Is it free to follow the cad or are you a member on an fd to see it?
@nathanclark761 nope! No need to be a member
Nice catch
Thank you!
@@Rainman14 your welcome
We're ALL those trucks going to ONE fire?
I think they need a trackhoe instead of tankers !! It’s amazing at the places that don’t have a water supply inside a city
Tanker fly and tenders deliver water
Tenders are breaded and served hot with fries and ketchup.
Großes Wasser must be from the Pennsylvania Dutch!
4:40 train 🎉
