Looks really nice. 800 hundred a month does that cover utilities and cable. That’s enough room for you and a Filipina. If you get a house out in the country and the whole family will move in. 😊

I had wanted to get a 1 bedroom here but the places I found that were available all wanted a 12-month lease and I just wanted somewhere I could rent for 3 months. Owell, Now I'm at Grand Residences. With Taft its nice being across the street from Landers
