There's surprisingly very little lore on TH-cam regarding helbrutes and I'm glad you were able to really nail down most of the lore surrounding them. Great video hope to see more like this in the future!

When you think about it, being entombed in a dreadnought/helbrute is just about the ultimate punishment for Slaanesh worshippers like the Emperor's Children. Essentially immortality with absolutely none of the sensation they're addicted to.
